Fredrick Terry spent over 15 years in human resources leadership roles in the oil and gas, food logistics, pharmaceuticals, and metals industries. For the past 5 ½ years Fredrick was the owner of Terry Staffing, a recruiting and HR Consulting business.

Fredrick has work extensively on organizational growth through mergers and acquisitions. He has also developed and implemented performance management processes, succession plans and cost saving refinements to existing company benefits that have enhanced the employee experience while being cost conscious.

As Indelible’s Vice President of People and Culture, Fredrick is responsible for developing our people’s strategy and establishing policies that are in keeping with the organization’s mission and its value.
