Drew Winters has nearly two decades of experience serving as a senior-level executive in government and private practices with expertise in disaster recovery and government regulatory compliance. Drew most recently served as the Director of Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity’s Office of Long-Term Resiliency where he administered more than $2.2 billion in Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery and Mitigation funding for the state of Florida. 

He is well-versed in administering programs from his experience as Deputy Director of the Office of Disaster Recovery for Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity, Director of the Florida Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics, the Deputy Director for Florida’s Division of Professions, and Executive Director of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board for Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation. His professional experience also includes grant management, operations, disaster recovery plan development, and program implementation. 

As Indelible’s Vice President of Emergency Management, Drew is responsible for compliance and risk auditing, emergency management and disaster response, and grant program monitoring for clients. 

Drew is a licensed attorney and has practiced in both private sector firms and public agencies where he specialized in governmental regulatory practice with an emphasis on representing Florida’s Construction Industry, Electrical Contractors, Veterinary Medical Professionals, and State Harbor Pilots.
