Alan Moore is an experienced leader and business developer with more than thirty years of experience working in professional services. Alan most recently served as partner and practice leader for EY, most recently leading their Florida Risk and Metro-NY internal audit practices.

He has extensive experience providing professional services to corporations, higher education institutions, and government clients. Alan has led high-level practices and teams which provided a wide range of consulting, process improvement, and system implementations to help clients meet or exceed their goals while complying with governmental or industry-specific regulations.

As Indelible’s Chief Administrative Officer, Alan is responsible for developing an operational plan that promotes the attainment of the CEO’s strategic goals and priorities. He is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the firm’s operations and processes while providing strategic counsel to the design of future tools, resources, and controls to ensure exceptional client service and company growth.

Alan is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Six Sigma certified level black belt. He is an Ernst & Young Elmer Whiting Award Honoree and an Ernst & Young Chairman’s Value Award Nominee.
