Indelible Appoints Joshua Hay as the New CEO

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Indelible, one of Florida’s fastest-growing management consulting firms, has named co-founder Joshua Hay as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, he now leads the firm’s strategic expansion while ensuring the company’s founding values remain at its core.

“In three years, we’ve transitioned from being a small start-up to a sought-after management consulting firm with more than 200 employees. Our clients include a number of government agencies and municipalities, who trust us to provide solutions and guide them through complex processes to ensure compliance and accountability,” said Hay. “We would not be in this position without our leadership team and dynamic staff of experts, who are helping grow Indelible by delivering results, forging strong partnerships, and expanding our service offerings.”

Hay is a licensed and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and has earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He succeeds Jerome Byers, a nationally recognized businessman known for his financial acumen and unwavering commitment to the development of small and minority-owned businesses. Byers now serves as the Chairman of the board of directors for Indelible.
