Dr. Roberson leads newly launched Indelible Health Solutions to address and advance health equity

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Indelible, one of the nation’s fastest-growing management consulting firms, has hired Dr. Shamarial Roberson to serve as President of Health and Human Services. Dr. Roberson is leading the firm’s public health strategy and expansion into the Health and Human Services sector. Most recently, she served as the Deputy Secretary of Health for the State of Florida under Governor Ron DeSantis. In this role, she earned national recognition helping the state navigate and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. A veteran leader and administrator, Dr. Roberson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of epidemiology, health promotion, disease prevention, minority health, and health equity.

Indelible will focus on prioritizing equitable distribution of health education, healthcare services, and improved access to resources for at-risk communities. The firm supported public health initiatives through its work with COVID-19 response programs such as vaccine awareness, education, and public outreach across Florida and Virginia.
