A Holiday of Hope Held in Fort Myers Provides Resources to Over 2800 Families  

FT MYERS, Fla. — Indelible, a national management consulting firm, held its third annual Indelible Gives event in an area impacted by Hurricane Ian.  “A Holiday of Hope” provided local children and families a day of inspiration and hope following the devastation of Hurricane Ian.   

Indelible, in collaboration with community partners such as the Whitehouse Family Foundation, the Hay Family Foundation, Lowes, and the City of Fort Myers, supported over 2,815 families, served over 3,200 meals, donated more than 2,000 toys, an abundance of free clothing thanks to Walmart and other donors, and topped off the event with a concert featuring two Grammy Award Winning artists Anthony Hamilton and Tamela Mann. In addition, the event featured bounce houses, free haircuts, boxed meals to be taken home, health screenings, and a visit from Santa and his elves, all to spread holiday cheer and celebrate the spirit of giving.   

“This is our third year hosting this event in our home state of Florida. After witnessing the impact Hurricane Ian had on Fort Myers, we quickly organized the event locally to support the families of this welcoming community,” said Indelible’s CEO, Joshua Hay.  

”We are grateful for Indelible’s support to our community. They have been here on the ground serving as a resource and helping us rebuild since the storm hit, demonstrating their long-term commitment to the people of this region,” said Congressman Byron Donalds.  

Since Hurricane Ian hit Florida earlier this year, Indelible has had boots-on-the-ground in Ft Myers and has been working alongside Florida state agencies to ensure that residents impacted by the hurricane are given the resources they need. This year along with donating toys and clothes, Indelible supported disaster recovery centers assisting families with navigating housing, health, food, and security landscapes, similar to the indelible work they’re doing around the country.
